We have some great news! The CCPC has approved our deal and we can officially welcome Interact and H2O Solutions to our group. Interact is one of Ireland’s leading M&E engineering services companies and H2O Solutions is Interact’s specialist water treatment company. Both will bring so much value to our business. We are incredibly excited to welcome all our new colleagues. Their expertise will help bolster both our reach and scale.

We are delighted to announce Ancove, a highly innovative and award-winning provider of waste management solutions, is now part of Bidvest Noonan. Ancove applies waste management expertise and cutting-edge technologies to help clients cut waste disposal costs, comply with regulations and reduce their carbon footprint. The business operates throughout Ireland and supports clients in a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing and education.

Ancove offers a range of compactors, balers and waste handling accessories that enable companies to sort and decrease their overall waste volume. With its support, clients send less waste to landfill and generate new revenues from waste materials such as cardboard and plastic.

Bidvest Noonan will retain the brand, which benefits from market leadership. Ancove’s management team, led by General Manager, Paul Nolan, will remain at the helm of the business.

We are delighted to announce that we have signed an agreement that will see Interact, one of Ireland’s leading M&E Engineering services providers, and H2O solutions, Interact’s highly accredited water treatment business, join our group. This agreement, which is subject to CCPC approval, will significantly enhance our service offering and enable us to offer clients even greater value and support.

Interact is an exceptional business with a reputation for exceeding industry standards and leading best practice. The business employs 80 skilled and experienced people and operates nationwide across Ireland. It has a strong presence in many of our key sectors, including the Retail, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Public sectors.

In recognition of their strength, we have decided to retain the Interact and H2O Solutions brands. We will transition our own considerable M&E services business into Interact, doubling its size, and cementing its position as a market leader. Our dedicated transition team will implement a tried and tested integration plan to ensure a seamless transition. There will be no disruption to the services we deliver.

Interact’s Managing Director, Philip Murphy will lead this substantially larger business. Philip will have our full support and will be able to draw on the strength of our group to deliver exceptional service to clients.

We are thrilled to grow our mechanical and electrical engineering capability in Ireland. We do not plan to offer M&E engineering services in the UK, where our focus remains on growing our security and facilities services businesses.

Axis is an outstanding business with great people, a strong reputation, and a track record as one of the leading service providers in the UK. Axis and Bidvest Noonan share a lot in common. Both businesses focus on service excellence, developing long-term relationships with clients, and protecting the safety and wellbeing of their people. 

This investment substantially strengthens our business, adding to our scale, expertise and infrastructure. It will allow us to provide greater value and support to all current and future clients.

Our dedicated transition team is executing a strategy that will ensure Axis transitions seamlessly into our business. There will be no disruption to the services we deliver, with current service delivery teams remaining in place.
