At Bidvest Noonan, we have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in the workplace. We want to make our people feel like they belong in the business, and their opinions are heard.
We are making it our goal to develop a more diverse workforce and a more inclusive workplace to make our teams stronger and more creative.
Our ED&I Council
Our ED&I council is a diverse group of passionate people from different areas of our business. Each member has their own unique background but all share the same goal: to create a more diverse workforce and a more inclusive workplace.
Since its launch in 2021, our ED&I Council implemented a number of key initiatives, including campaigns to encourage more women to join the security industry, Diversity awareness and training sessions across sites, the launch of more inclusive policies, and many more.
Supporting our people and celebrating our differences
Our ED&I Policies ensure our people are supported. They set out and explain our ED&I processes.
For example, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Calendar shows events in the year to be appreciated in celebration of our diverse team.
