We are delighted to share the appointment of Ian Martin to lead our Risk & Intelligence function. Ian joins as Director of Risk and Intelligence, and his role will be to develop and deploy innovative and progressive solutions to help our customers stay ahead of threats. Ian will focus on leveraging data-driven approaches and advanced technology to improve the services we deliver, strengthening Bidvest Noonan’s market leadership in risk and intelligence solutions.
Ian’s impressive career began in the Royal Air Force, where he was involved in delivering high-quality training to UK and NATO front-line units. He later joined the Essex Police as a Counter Terrorism Intelligence Specialist, followed by a role at the UK Home Office as a Command Support Unit Manager. With over 19 years experience across leadership and safety-critical functions, Ian brings a wealth of risk and intelligence expertise to Bidvest Noonan. In his most recent role, he led security at a large and renowned leisure destination in London.
At Bidvest Noonan, Ian will head the Risk & Intelligence function. His role will involve identifying risks, devising strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities, and developing insights across the threat landscape to safeguard our customers, their assets, and information. Ian’s focus will also be on strengthening wider collaborations and leveraging partnerships to build safer environments across the diverse sectors our customers operate in.
Upon joining, Ian said: “Security threats are evolving at an unprecedented rate. Understanding and harnessing risk and intelligence has never been more important. Grasping threats at both micro and macro levels is necessary to ensure our customers are prepared and protected.
